Answers to the most common questions about our free online AI garment try-on tool.
What is an AI garment try-on tool?
An AI garment try-on tool shows you a piece of clothing worn on a realistic body before you commit to it. Upload one photo of the garment, and the AI renders a model wearing it, so you can judge the shoulder line, sleeve length, waist, hem, drape and overall fit instead of guessing from a flat photo.
How do I try a garment on a model?
Upload the garment photo, optionally choose a preset model, a pose and a scene, then click Try On Garment. The AI reads the piece, fits it onto the body with natural fabric drape and renders the result with matching lighting, shadows and background.
What kind of garment photo should I upload?
Flat lay, table shot, mannequin, ghost mannequin or an existing on-model photo all work. Use a sharp, evenly lit image with the whole garment visible and as little clutter as possible — JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10MB.
Can I try the same garment on different body types?
Yes, and this is where a try-on tool earns its keep. Pick any of fifteen preset models with different genders, ages, body types and ethnicities to see how the same piece reads on each one, or upload your own model photo.
Can I upload my own model photo?
Yes. Upload a photo of the person whose face and body you want to keep. The AI preserves that person and dresses them in your uploaded garment, ignoring the clothes they are wearing in the reference photo.
Which poses can I use for the try-on?
Twelve poses are available: 3/4 turn, adjusting clothing, back view, crossed arms, hand in pocket, over-the-shoulder, playful spin, power stance, seated casual, standing, walking forward and a random pose chosen by the AI.
Which scenes can I try the garment in?
Eighteen styles, including E-Commerce, White Studio, Catalog, Editorial, Lookbook, Street Style, Campaign, Runway, Dark Studio, Lifestyle, Beauty, Couture, Resort, Evening, Sportswear, Denim, Vintage and Film. The scene sets the environment and lighting only — the garment never changes.
Can I describe the body I want in my own words?
Yes. Use the optional prompt box to describe gender, age, height, build, hair, skin tone or expression, for example "female, mid-20s, tall and slim, long dark hair, warm skin tone". The AI follows your description.
Is the AI garment try-on free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is free and you can try garments on a model without an account and download the results without a watermark. A free member account increases your daily generations, and VIP adds unlimited daily use and every exclusive feature.
Is the try-on accurate enough to check fit before production?
It is a visual preview, not a measurement tool: proportions, sleeve and hem length, drape and silhouette are rendered realistically enough to review a design, present a sample to a client or show shoppers how a piece looks when worn. Always confirm final measurements on a physical sample.
