DMCA & Copyright Policy Report Infringement • Takedown Notices • Counter-Notifications

AIDoImg Try On is a free, browser-based AI clothes changer, virtual try-on and AI fashion model generator. This policy explains how to report content that infringes your copyright, what a valid DMCA notice must contain, and how we respond.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Reporting at a Glance

Three things to keep in mind before you send a copyright notice. The full sections below explain the process in detail.

Report only what you own

Send a notice only for work you own or are authorised to act for. Do not report content you do not control.

Give us the exact location

Your notice must point to the specific URL of the content you believe is infringing, or we cannot locate it.

Be accurate and honest

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly making a false report can make you liable for damages.

1 Our Commitment to Copyright

AIDoImg Try On respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

This page explains how to send us a copyright notice, what that notice must contain, and what happens after we receive it. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, which set out the broader rules for using the site.

Where we believe in good faith that material on the site infringes a copyright, we may remove or disable access to that material, and we may terminate the access of users who repeatedly infringe.

2 User Uploads and AI Output

AIDoImg Try On is a free, browser-based AI studio for clothes changing, virtual try-on and AI fashion model generation. You upload a person photo and, depending on the tool, a garment photo or a text prompt, and the service returns a generated image.

You are responsible for the photos, garments and prompts you upload, and for how you use the results. You must own the material you upload or have permission from the rights holder, and from any person shown in it.

AI-generated output can resemble existing images, including stock photography or other third-party creative work. If you believe a result on this site reproduces your protected work, you can report it using the process described below.

3 How to Report Infringement

If you believe that content available on AIDoImg Try On infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact by email at support@aidoimg.com. Email is the fastest way to reach us.

The process is straightforward: you send an email, we review it, we remove or disable the reported content where appropriate, and we notify the user who uploaded it.

To be effective, your notice must be complete and must include all of the elements listed in the next section. Incomplete notices may delay or prevent us from taking action.

4 What Your Notice Must Include

A valid DMCA notice should contain the following elements:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, or of a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If one notice covers several works, please list them.
  • A description of the material you claim is infringing together with the specific URL or other location on this site that identifies it. This element is required: without a specific location we cannot find the content you are referring to.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, so that we can contact you about the notice.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • If you are acting as an agent for a rights holder, a brief description of your authority to submit the notice on their behalf.

5 Where to Send Your Notice

Send your notice by email to support@aidoimg.com, using the subject line "DMCA Notice" and including the URL of the content you are reporting.

You may also write to us by post at MiAITool Inc., 9827 Mabel Rd, Unit 220, Las Vegas, NV 89110, United States. Postal notices are handled in the order received and may take longer than email.

We can only act on notices that are complete and comply with the requirements above. Please do not send notices about material you do not own or control, or about content you have not actually reviewed.

6 What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

When we receive a notice that appears to comply with the DMCA, we will:

  • Review the notice to confirm that it is complete and that it identifies specific content on this site.
  • Remove or disable access to the reported content while we assess the claim.
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content, where we hold a valid contact address for them.
  • Keep a record of the notice, the action taken and any related correspondence.
  • Contact you or the other party if we need more information to resolve the claim.

We aim to respond promptly, but the time required depends on the completeness of the notice and the volume of requests we are handling.

7 Counter-Notification

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification by email to support@aidoimg.com.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the material that was removed and the location, such as the URL, where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or from that person's agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original reporting party. If we do not receive notice that legal action has been filed within the period allowed by law, we may restore the removed content.

8 Repeat Infringers

Accounts belonging to users who repeatedly upload infringing material, or who repeatedly receive valid notices, may be suspended or permanently terminated.

We apply this policy in our reasonable discretion, taking into account the number and seriousness of the notices and any evidence that a claim was made in error.

9 False Claims and Misrepresentation

Please be aware that, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

Do not use copyright notices to remove content you simply disagree with, and do not submit notices about material you do not own or control. Reports that abuse this process may themselves give rise to liability.

10 Trademark and Other Rights

Not every dispute about content is a copyright matter. If you believe content on this site infringes a trademark, misuses your name or likeness, or breaches your privacy, you can contact us at the same email address.

Please describe the right you say has been infringed and the specific content concerned. We will review the request in the same way as a copyright notice and take appropriate action where we consider it justified.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA and Copyright Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in the way we handle notices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
